Do you have international shipping?

We deliver orders to any country in the world at the carrier's rates. To arrange international delivery, select the desired goods and enter the desired address, including the index. Delivery of international parcels is carried out from Ukraine, so the delivery time can reach 1-2 weeks. The cost of delivery of international orders is fixed and amounts to UAH 500 or $12.5.

*Purchases are not delivered to Russia and Belarus.
How soon will I receive my order after purchase?

We do everything to get your order the next day.
Orders placed before 13:00 MON-FRI are shipped the same day. The maximum waiting time is 4 days (1-2 days of dispatch, 1-2 days of delivery by Nova Poshta).
What is the shipping cost?

You get free delivery on all orders over 1500 hryvnias. New Poshta tariffs apply to smaller orders. The price varies from 70 to 140 hryvnias. It depends on the weight, volume and city where your order is being shipped. The cost of delivery can be calculated on the Nova Poshta website: www.novaposhta.ua/delivery

Yes, you can. The formula of all products is developed taking into account the sensitivity of the mucous membrane, so other areas of the skin also perceive it well.
Do you test your products on animals?

No! Our brand is cruelty-free. Our products are not tested on animals at any stage of production.
Can the shade be different in real life and in the photo?

Yes, the shade of the product in the photo may differ slightly from the real thing due to the characteristics of the color rendering of your screen, skin color or lighting.
Where are your products made?

Pencils for lips, eyebrows and eyes are produced in Europe in a specialized factory next to world-famous brands.
Do you have quality certificates for your products?

Of course, all SAYEAH BEAUTY products meet international quality standards and have a sanitary-epidemiological examination certificate.
